Bridge over River Kwai (6)by TonyTComment: I really like the angle on this shot. It took me right down into the heart of the action. So often shots are taken from above and away. I love the flow of the water and the feel of being there. |

Day 6 - Newport Jettyby sherpetComment: Shez,
I especially like the shadow of the electrical line on the dock that led my eye right up into the heart of the shot. Nice job. |

day 06by FirstyComment: I like the spontonaity (sp?) of the photo. I've always enjoyed non-posed, stop action kind of photos so much better than posed shots. And for that reason I really enjoyed this shot, the art on the walls, the action stopped, the placement.
Very nice. |

Ahhh, I'd love to. But with the medical bills piling in at an alarming rate, alas no luck!! |

Day-4by SandyPComment: Sandy, I'm glad you like cityscapes, because you sure do excel at them: lucky for us.
The raised paddle takes the eye right up into the heart of the city outline.
I'm not much of a fan of borders, but I find your choice of borders really grounds the shot and helps the dark tones in the scene pop out even more. |

Love your creativity in finding different angles. |

It's Five O'Clock Hereby walrus451Comment: Hmmmm quite a way to combine two hobbies! I really like the PP in this shot. Staging was great, without the opener and the cap it would not have been nearly as dramatic. |

Ducks in a Row (3)by TonyTComment: Love the reflections and the silvery pattern it creates. That really made the ducks pop in the shot. I agree with KarenNfld that I might have cropped out the dark tree reflection up at the top, it does seem to detract from the ducks. |

day 04by FirstyComment: Beautiful eyelashes on Bossy, the Cow. Yeah, funny how BW animals make the bw challenge a bit easier, doesn't it?
I like this angle and choice of subject. |
