Work Fruitby BAMartinComment: Your lighting in this shot is AWESOME. That beam of light really makes the fruit pop. Very painterly like composition makes me think of the old masters. Very very very nice choice. You have a magnificent set of eyes for works of art. |

Gemmaby sulamkComment: Gemma is a very pretty gal! She sort of looks like my Andy from many many years ago. You did a great job on her portrait. And your model is beautiful. |

Explorationby annigComment: Great POV, rule of thirds. When do you head out, should be soon? This is a great shot, it'd be nice for her room. Beautiful sky and water scene and the dancer too. Way to go. |

Day eight b.jpgby PhotomouseComment: Yeah, we are transplanted midwesterners and imagine our surprise when living in Indiana they put down the entire year's supply of salt before the storm arrived ... and it zigzagged around the area ... no snow and used all the salt. Then one week later before more salt arrived they got hit with 12 inches.
We have not so much in the way of snow in NJ...I miss it.
This is a beautiful early morning scene. Somehow that little dusting of snow makes me feel alive. Right now we are in the mid 60s IN JANUARY, sheeeeesh. |

Jan 08.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: I'm with you ... ditch the wallpaper. Your desk is actually quite organized. NO ONE will be seeing my desk/den/spare bedroom YIKES. |

Where I work Day 5.jpgby slaaksoComment: Lovely place to work. My oldest son would be cussing you out as a lucky so and so. Somehow he forgets that he worked at a very nice country club for several years during high school. Now he's in a video studio for many hours a day.
Beautiful location, beautiful representation. |

Ti Leaves Day 4by slaaksoComment: I think this shot fits the challenge description. Hey, it's all in the interpretation of what you consider home. I've got pics from two states. I live in one and work in the other. I consider them both home.
Classic color combination opposite on the color wheel makes for a dynamic shot. And Mom Nature did it all for you. Beautiful. |

Reflection Through Window Day 2.jpgby slaaksoComment: Yeah, the framing within the framing is great. I'm so glad you had the explanation of why it was the spider yard. They don't necessarily scare me but I don't pursue them either. |
