Nice creative idea. My only change would be to boost the levels to make the background white, not grey. Perhaps opening up a stop would work better.

After seeing the numerous shots of chopsticks I was getting sick of them, however this photo does work well because of the colours and placement of the items. A good still life shot.

It took me a minute to figure this photo out, but now I have its a great creative photo. The pencil is well hidden and the fact that you can see the wording on the pencil and its 'messy hair cut' bothing giving away its identity is nicely juxtaposed to the brushes. I would have opted for a different background though. Regardless, well done.

This was my first challenge and didn't know what to expect. I was a little disapointed in some of the comments. Mainly, for the people who gave me one word type of comments like "overexposed".

I was not sure how to interpret that. Was their impression that i left the shutter open way too long and didn't know that the photo was converted to a high-key or did they know I used a high-key to and think it was just way too much.

I'm still hoping for comments on the photos, hoping for some clarification even after the fact. So if you are reading the comments please let me know what I could have done better. Or if you did leave one of those comments please elaborate on it.

Great shot, although my eye can get away from the seagull in the center of the picture. I think it would have worked better even more having waited a few seconds to get the bird more to the side or out of the picture

There is something about the look in the models eyes that you can guess who is the more responsible ones and who are the more adventeous ones. This dichotomy works well
