By the Seaby mpetersComment: Not sure if the blueish and orange shells or whatever they are in the foreground help or hinder. They are what they are though right? I love the way the waves lead me up to the rock. |

Ouch! by fldaveComment: White balance seems off to me. Not sure about the choice of focus point combined with the shallow dof but the more I look the more interested I become. |

Old Paintby scotthadlComment: Nice job... good texture as the primary focus, something interesting to look at, good technicals. |

Paparazziby benbarberComment: This is a great photo overall but I don't find it fitting texture very well. I realize there is texture in the foreground of the image but it doesn't appear to me as the subject of the shot. |

Puzzledby elizadebComment: It does look like puzzle pieces. Great colors and overall well done. It's a little on the small size not utilizing as much screen real-estate as you could have. |

Pot Belly Pig by BuddyBaumComment: Oh he looks so sad. This definitely has texture however the technical execution could be better. I think the dof works well and the composition is good but overall the photo is very flat. This could be helped with lighting during the capture or in post you can bring it out more with some curves and contrast. |

The Carpenterby DrAchooComment: Beautifully done. Lighting, exposure, processing all done very well. Combination of textures and something interesting to look at that isn't "JUST" texture. |

moondustby nivlekComment: Well done. At first look I thought it was another over-sharpened image but there isn't any noise in the shadows so this is a natural look of the texture created by light and shadow. Your whites don't look white enough so maybe a little curves would help? Not too much so that you blow out the flower or plug up the darks but just a little to brighten up the flower just a tad. |
