Stepping back a few feet to give a little more of the tunnel or maybe just changing to landscape orientation for a little more of the walls would help this shot imo. overall well done though.

Crawling into the Darkness

Initially I rated the natural shots above all others but this one fell down below a few of the manmade shots based on the technical aspects of those and this. Yours isn't technically bad just that it could be better and some of the others were really done well technically. It looks like a single on camera flash to me. Maybe it still would have worked okay like that if you had a little sharper focus and maybe in processing adding a little more blacks/contrast and fill light.
