Well Balanced by idnicComment: I have a hard enough time taking my own picture when I'm sitting up straight! =) Great work, Cindi! |

Flatware on Paradeby smurfguyComment: Thanks, Alice! I was pleased with the technical aspect of this photo, though it wasn't admittedly the most exciting.
A huge thanks to the 6, 7, 8, and 9 voters - I liked this shot a lot, and I'm glad you agreed. |

Reflections of a Cityby sridpcComment: Nice scenery, good eye, but technically it is there. I'm guessing this is a low end camera, or a small crop. Could use better levels (black should look lack, not grey), less JPEG compression, and flat horizon to start with. |

Your Right, My Left.by alex3435Comment: Interesting take. This may have had more impact if the girl and her reflection were in focus using a smaller aperture. Nice framing/crop and natural vignette. |

Drainage Pondby roberttedComment: Hi Robert, welcome to DPC. So here's what I would say about this one. While it is a reflection (and a pretty sharp reflection, looking at others in this challenge), there's not really a wow factor. The tone is a bit flat, and there doesn't appear to be any interesting subject that my eye is drawn toward.
Don't be too discouraged, though. This was a difficult challenge in which to create something unique and fetching. Learn, and keep trying!
Cheers,
-Jeff |

What's up?by scaramangaComment: Great shot! Nice, crisp focus, great tone. The b/w and vignetting really help to minimize distraction and bring attention straight to the subject. |
