Well taken, great basic elements but way to busy. A single stone with the leaf and a single drop in the left corner and a trail of single drops getting smaller across a diagonal would have be a 7 or 8 for me.

It's obvious that for the most part you have a great image here, I would have cropped out the light on the right edge and there is something about the area above the bridge of the nose to the forehead that is darker compared to the rest of his face. Nice work

Well done lighting, the hair is lit well and the eyes are clear and sharp the clothes are a bit casual for an agency port but this is a challenge. I would have straightened the T above the letters, assuming I saw it during the shoot. One of the better submissions.

Great location and lighting would have her turn her head a little more to the camera to better light her left eye and straighten the hair more. If she would place her hands on her hips or thighs it would add a little better look to the pose. Very nice effort.

Great lighting but something needs to be done to pop the shoes or change them to a lighter color. The way the skirt is draped it looks like it has a lot of static in it. Would suggest better positioning of the hands. JMHO

This was well done and looks great converted. Just a few suggestions since this is for a portfolio. Clean up the background wrinkles around the model, lower the main light so the nose shadow does not touch the lip and try to get some separation of the right arm at the jacket, it took me a while to see it, finally get rid of the spots on the right shoulder.
