	"BB's Place" by ISivic Comment: Does this show "Poverty" or "abandonment"? A human element (i.e. signs of life/occupancy) would have helped here.

	Food or Bills? by sisterjameela Comment: Very clever way to depict "Poverty" without the stereotype image of a homeless person. I like the attention to detail in the chipped plate and the rather basic and grotty looking cutlery. Well done!

	Accordian Player by magnetic Comment: I like to see someone's eyes and find the shadows harsh in this photo. A fill-in flash would have helped here.

	Circumstances Beyond Our Control by eptasdi Comment: I love this photo. The bleakness of the black and white works well, and the leading line takes my eye off into some unseen future/consequence. However, to me this photo says "alcohol" or "despair" or "isolation" etc, but not "Poverty".

	Skid Row by flip89 Comment: The evidence of poverty is sketchy, and the great distance feels too.... safe. Getting closer to your subjects would increase the emotional involvement.
