Was there a way to get a picture of the window without the black bars? They distract quite a bit. A close up of the window would make a very good photo, in my humble opinion.

I am having trouble figuring this out. What is protecting what? I am afraid it's not an interesting picture. Maybe I'm missing something.

Nice sharp picture, good lighting, compostion. Not much I'd change, maybe a closer shot of the house and less of the grass.

Pretty dreary, why not a picture of the outside of your house or something more interesting? You did however get a good shoot of a light bulb hanging from a wire.
