My eye isn't sure where to rest in the photo - the composition is too cluttered. But it looks like you have a very interesting subject to work with. Perhaps there were too many things around it to move however. Next time, try some different angles and camera positions. The bikes don't seem to be doing anything for the picture, see if you can either move them or shoot the photo in such a way that you can crop them out. Good luck! :)

I admit I don't care for the yellowish color tones, and the harsh contrast. I personally would would suggest working the color into something a little more reddish or coppery. But the lighting and the tones you've captured here are just exquisite - beautiful work!

Beautiful! I like the lighting just how it is... but I wonder what might have resulted with a flash to light up the people as well, for a different variation. This shilouette style is fine though. Nice photo.
