Well...first off I don't really like the border, it might have better just to either skip the border all together or make it white or black instead. Also, parts of the flower seem slightly out of focus. A deeper depth of field would help everything get in focus, giving you a better picture. But good try though - keep shooting!

Neat textures study! Might have been interesting if you'd followed the rule of thirds a little more - I'm not sure I like having it not directly in the center but not really off-center either. But a very cool shot!

pretty! I love the deep shadows and the vibrant colors... lovely lighting! It might be nice if this had some more composition though, everything is just sort of willy-nilly, but I guess if it is a "Tempest" you'd want it that way... :)

Classy shot! I like this...It might be nice to have gotten a little more detail of the one in-focus man's face, since he is the subject, but everything else is pretty neat. How did you do this? :)

Nice! My only complaint is that there isn't much composition to this shot - there's really no main subject. But I like the border, and the lighting's nice! :)

This is so cool and unique!!! I absolutely LOVE how you turned it to black and white - usually shots like this are in color. The tones are beautiful. THe details in the foam of the waves is just awesome... Excellent shots.
