Something about this is ironic somehow, because the whole set up is so clean and bright, but then there's a slimy worm in the lettuce that I usually would want to eat! ;) The lighting is great, it brings out the tones really nicely. My only complaint is the fact that the first part of the worm my eye falls on is slightly unfocused. I like shallow DOF, but I like it all the way. So... I personally think I would have tried to go for a deeper DOF that would keep the whole image in focus. Just my two cents. :) |

Take a Closer Lookby dssagent88Comment: Awesome idea! The only thing I don't like is the tiny red and blue splotches... which somehow make it almost look like a 3-D picture without the glasses. Perhaps it might look better in black and white. Then again, I don't know, maybe you intended to get that effect... just a thought. :) |
