This image has so much potential. Normally, I'd consider this type of processing to be overdone, but it works very well on this shot. The only drawbacks are the too-prominent OOF bits of stuff in the lower left corner and swooshing in front of the foreground.

The blurry DOF almost works. It's just at odds with the sharp texture along the narrow in-focust band along the surface the flower is sitting on. Lighting is flat. Unattractive halo along top edge of uppermost petal. Unattractive dark splotches at left edge of the frame and just to the right o the tulip about midway vertically.
