I think this is a fine shot - the reflections and fog emphasize the stillness. The one detraction for me, and it is a minor one, is the flag pole that juts out in the background. Would be better to have kept the background just all trees and fog, but it is hard to see how you could have recomposed the shot to leave out the flag pole, and I think removing it later in Photoshop probably violates the basic editing rules - I did not discount your score for it.

The title gives me a clue to which aspect of pop culture you wanted to highlight, but without the title I would have had a hard time connecting your subject to Pop Culture. The model is nicely posed, though, it's a good image.
