Very nice composition. The lighting is a little flat though. I think this could benefit from some contrast or levels adjustment. I like it very much otherwise

On closer look it's amazing how close these pictures are. I knew it was from the Empire State Building at first look but I didn't realize it was exactly the same spot until I figured out that the Chrysler Building is directly behind the bird in your shot.

I like your choice of this scene for the fisheye. There are a lot of interesting lines to play with the extreme wa distorton. I don't care for the "pop" of the preserver but I do like the lovely light throughout rest of the image.
