Very nice composition. Perhaps a bit more contrast in the B&W conversion would make it even better? It looks like the whites of the dress are captured well but much of the image is little flat or muddy. Still quite nice overall.

I like the dark mood and leading lines of this shot. Unfortunately my eye is drawn to the extreme highlight (window and reflection)in the center which ultimately distracts from the nice textures of the walls and ceiling. I would like to see it with the highlight toned-down. Maybe this would even be an HDR candidate.

On A Clear Day...

Ok, this is a decent shot. I've been staring at it for several minutes to try to decide what would make it a better one. Perhaps a landscape orientation instead of portrait? Maybe some sharpening? A bit less vignetting in the sky? It's a beautiful location so I don't think it's your subject. Actually I think what might improve it the most is just a better light (time of day). For me the watm horizontal light of the morning or afternoon just brings-out more drama.
