I'm not sure why I like this, but I do. And it meets the challenge (to me) better than most. 9

I came back to this after voting on all the entries. The only thing I could think to improve this is to maybe have it a little more off-center (with the window a little more to the left). Still, this is one of my favorites in this challenge... I'm going to bump it to a 10.

To me, this challenge was about shooting a color photo that fooled the viewer into thinking it was B&W. Your shot was one of the few that succeeded... even so much as to make me wonder if you helped it with a little desaturation. Well done. 9

I feel this meets the challenge as I interpreted it. Many did not. If you printed (in color) and framed your photo, most people would think it was taken in B&W. Your photo is definitely in my top 10.

I really liked JulieG's photo. When I saw it during voting, I was surprised (and disappointed) that someone had the same idea. I was the first to comment on her photo (being my first challenge, I was eager to see the competition). I gave it a 10. I guess I liked it so much because it was the same idea... and I thought she nailed it.

Thank you! My goal was to be in the top 25% (or score over 5.5) and I just made it. I'm pleased with it and will have to work hard to get a better score next time!

I like the picture a lot, but the frame is a bit large in my opinion. I still feel this is one of the more interesting photos in this challenge. 9
