This is funny. I have been seeing a lot of mushrooms whereever I go today and I didn't have my camera. If I did I am sure people would think I am crazy running across the golf course to get some pictures of a bunch of mushrooms. Great find and composition.

Day 23: Redwoods

I wish I had trees like that. They do make for a good B/W. Very nice tones. I like how my eyes is directed to follow from one tree to another. Hope you found something for the still challenge. I didn't.

Pine Cone

The pine needles are a little bright so it may be hard to get a print. But the pine cone is great. You have some great tones and focus. The cone really stands out. Good use of the rule of thirds. Good eye.

Day 23: The Butterfly

Great composition. The leaf looks like a diving board the way it is coming out and the butterfly is getting in position to perform some dive. The lighting and detail of detail of the butterfly and leaf is spot on. The shallow DOF really makes the butterfly pop out. As for the leaf, I think it is just fine. It doesn't take away of the shot at all. Good eye.
