Fascinating by pgirish007Comment: Let's see if this helps, Stars were all there, here is the image, right one is what camera captured with some adjustments and left one with that studio preset that I mentioned. if you look at the right one, all stars are there including the depth of Milky way, what preset did was did some glow kind of thing around the stars to pop those star irrespective of the color or size.

Originally posted by Kroburg: I would love to know how you did that sky. Really well done. The only reason I didn't vote as high as most other voters (I gave you a 6) is the blending of sky and land, where a clear white transition is quite distracting. But overall a very nice image. Congrats on the Yellow. | |
hey Girish .. are you saying that the stars in the sky were added in the preset .. and weren't from your photos ..
i was under the impression that anything we used in an extended edit ... and that had a big effect on the image .. would have to be from one of our own photos ..
like all the bokeh effects i add in my extended edits are from photos i've taken with the intention of adding them to my photos ..
very interested to hear about this one .. :) |

Would you dare to cross this bridge?by SphotoComment: I think you need to improve this image in post processing (for me soft look of the location doesn't give that hit) and since it is extended, I would ahve removed the two guys from the frame. They are just distracting. |
