Ohmmmmmmmmmby VinceDossComment: A very nice pic, but a bit too distracted away from the simple subject. My eye is drawn away from the subject and into the details of the background. To me, that interrupts the serenity that you are trying to create. Pretty though! |

Silence in the woodsby sarsonukComment: This is a pretty picture, and although I can sense the quiet along this path, the photo itself is very busy to the eye. The slope of the path, the light along it, the leaves, the trees, all make it a bit busier to the eye than I'd like to see in a zen challenge. |

Over the cloudsby M&MComment: Although this is very subtle in the use of color, and an overall pretty pic, I just feel that the clouds, being the subjects, are too busy, and causes the eye to search the photo for all of their details, disrupting any attempt at stillness. |

Balanceby smilebig4me1xComment: This is very nice, simple and calm. I really am not feeling for the color, I think a softer more natural color would have worked better in this. The color really stands out too harshly against the white background, which disrupts the overall attempt at serenity. |
