A very cool portrait shot, which would have done excellent in the portrait challenges. But I would probably argue that this person is being photographed, rather than being "at work". Hence, falls outside the topic. I give you a few points for the quality of this though (3)

A nice shot, but the shadows are rather confusing and the shadow does not quite seem to fit with the image itself. Very odd. Also a little too much noise and a little too burnt out for my taste. (4)

Hmm. I think maybe the topic of this title is a bit off-key. To me, it seems as if you are criticising him. I assume you know little about him, which means that you have taken a picture that could have been strong and emotional, and turned it into a political minefield by your title.

Apart from that, it seems as if the image is blorry and too much sharpened (if that makes sense).

A nice picture, but if this pictue had been sharp and clear, it would have been possible to read the text on the board. It also seems oversharpened, for some reason, and it somewhat bothers me that the horizon is not straight. Not a bad idea, however. (4)
