Arcing or arching, don't know what it is, but in any case it is caught in a beautiful way. Don't know what good or bad it has done to our society, but nice shot it is! Any warnings if one wants to try this at home?

Nice idea, meets challenge well, whether you think amusement park rides are a good or bad thing for us. Electricity clearly visible, caught in a nice waay, in the form of both movement and light. So far of what I have seen, I will be disappointed if it is not at least top twenty, maybe even 10 ...

I am being kind of mean here towards innocent involuntary models. If it is noisy, the shutter cannot be heard, camera is hanging loosely in my hand ... and with this lens, it does not take special precision to hit something, so this is a new way of candid shooting for me! Shoot from the hip, in a very discrete way.

I hope they are not upset by this, because I did not ask for their permission. Do I need to? I never have for any of my candid shots!

Thanks, even with the big distortion? Reminds me of when looking at a Mercator world chart, it looks like Greenland is almost as large as Africa, because of the convergency and the Mercator projection ... here, the feet are Greenland, completely out of proportion.

She seems a bit unsharp around the edges, did you use a lot of zoom? Also, what PP did you do?

I have the same type of camera as you, I love it, but when I zoom in all the way (no, not digital zoom), the edges tend to blur. Could to try a sepia og BW version of this pic, I'd like to see that.

EDIT: Actually, when looking again, it seems it is only under her chin that the edge seems blurred - otherwise it is sharp and crisp!
