Beautiful soft photo. The texture of her skin and her hair make a nice contrast. I just wish there was a little more detail to define the shape of the torso under the right breast. It has kind of a strange floating away feeling to me- maybe a line would help, similar to the one defining the lengh of the arm. Aside from that, the composition and crop is nicely balanced.

Very cute! I like the texture of the blanket/background. The photo seems a bit washed out on her skin- maybe a levels adjustment to fix?

Ha! I completely understand... This photo is a personal best so I'm excited about that, but it is very tempting to wonder "what if?" hehe!

Lake Powell is an amazing place...

Congrats on your above '6' picture too, the framing is very cool!

Slot canyons are amazing things:)

I like your capture here, with the photographers in it... their presence really helps show the scale of the walls.

(Permissable in this challenge as it is advanced editing.)

Hi and thanks for the review. I was thinking more on this point as well and maybe could have brought out that line/distortion more with some creative dodging.
now, andy did you hear about this one?

Not sure what this has to do with the challenge, but it's a nice moon image.

I like this image a lot. The angle is fun, composition is pretty good. Might be better if the left side was cropped in more putting duck in 1/3 from the right edge. I like the color- the cool tones work well in contrast to the yellow duck. Would like to see this image larger (using the full 640px). Also would have cloned out the blemish in the tub near the lower right area. 7

The high contrast really ads to the mood in this image. Conveys the emptiness and mystery in the shadows but there is plenty of detail in the light to keep they eyes moving around but not get lost. The only suggestion for improvemet I have is to rotate the image a bit counterclockwise- to make the pole on the right evenly verticle.

Beautiful silhouette. The blades look very detailed and delicate against the bright sky- which also had some nice detail in the clouds. The jet contrail in the sky on the left is disctracing, would suggest cropping it out.
