Interesting mix, though I'm not sure I get the connection. It is a good composition, but your focus is just beyond the tomato.

I think you need a more defined subject - something that says "I'm the reason for this picture".

I think the red background is overdone. Black would make all the red objects stand out. They tend to disappear against the red.
