Very nice composition and the colors and focus are really sharp. I do find the lighting a bit too harsh, however and don't like the reflections that you can see in the fruit.

Terrific detail and the focus is right on. Great color... the purple is very vivid. So life like I feel I could just reach in and pluck one! If the image has any shortcoming, I believe it to be it's composition. The right hand side of the photo bothers me slightly in that the green leaf stands in competition to the main flowers. . But all in all, this is my favorite image for this challenge and I gave it the highest score.

Excellent. Love the colors and the spot light effect with the dark shading around the subject. Very dramatic. Only thing I find is that the light is a bit too harsh on the flowers outside the vase. Very nice work.

Wonderful and simple photo. The colors are great. The only thing I can see improving is the light reflections in the apple and pepper. Maybe a more diffuse, and less harsh light would have been better.

Wonderful detail and a very dramatic shot with the charcoal background. I do think that you need some fill light to lighten the petal closest to the camera at the bottom of the picture.
