Bottom of the image is blown-out. A bit of grain and over-sharp look around the faces. The streaks in the background distract.

This would be truly great if you cropped it (vertical) at the point where you used "Burn" to frame it and got rid of the distracting black edges and digital frame. The faces on the couple, clarity, and lighting are all PRIMO! Still a 9!

Poor focus, both boy and dog ate blurry. The dog's leg and half the boy are cut off. Really very much a snapshot.
