Window Without A Viewby backslashComment: Excellant subject. Rustic texture is what makes this image great. Wonderful shot. The rose adds color though it may not be needed. The only flaw is that the window is not quite square in the frame. |

Incongruousby briphotoComment: Well framed image. Lighting is good and the dark background works well here. If you enhanced the black a little you can make the background solid black. Glasses are a nice touch. Unfortunately, I think some small minded viewers will disagree with your supposition for this image and may vote it low as a result. |

Rusted Intentionsby KaliComment: Good technical quality. The rusted barbell weight makes a good subject. Your use of DOF is common with this type of closeup, though I generally don't prefer the center focused variety like this. Putting the exact center of the barbell hole exactly at the upper left corner might add a touch to this very nice shot. |

What the...?by bruskiComment: Clean, concise minimalist image. Technical quality high and a unique idea. Sometimes the simplest images are the best. You will probably get some low scores from folks that don't see the irony in red ink coming from a green felt tip. This is one of the best of the challenge. |
