The lighting angle is good and the rural scene is nice. You could have lowered the camera a little and positioning the decoration further to the right in the frame. That lessens the impact of the wires in the upper left, includes the whole shadow and better positions the decoration in the frame according to the rule of thirds.

This is an outstanding image, particularly since you did not apply any of the "December Rules". The long exposure time and good color makes this image special.

You have a hot spot in the lower center left. You might carefully select around it with the lasso or select it with the Magic Wand (in PS) to tone down the spot.

I like the steps you took to produce this outstanding final image. Those are now registered in the back of my mind, especially the layer manipulation to enhance the image in different ways. Removing halos is a must.
