A perfect match.by SharQComment: Well done. Great lighting and exposure. You've captured "the moment" and the lines of the sulfur sparking was a bonus that makes this image great. |

Flame On! by joebarComment: Its great that you were able to capture the flint sparking here. It really made a difference between a so-so image and a good one. Exposure was well done, too. |

Mac(bacpac)roby dacrazyrnComment: Now here is a great macro shot. Many images submitted are just close ups. The colors you've chosen work great together (my only criticism is that I wish there wasn't such a Blue blotch on the red material). The lighting and texture are very well captured. I'm going to throw out a 9 for this one. |

Cheersby JeanComment: Great use of lighting and your focusing ability for your subject is very good. The lines, colors and direction of the light are really done well.
I didn't really like the image (but that's a personal taste issue), but you did such a good job with it that I have to give you a high score. |

Small, but fierce!by rooComment: Good use of lighting and shadows here. It would be interesting to see what it would look like without the pot and table in the image. |

Ready for useby johnmkComment: A little overexposed, but overall is a good entry. I would also, for this type of image, want more focus on the subjects. This is very hard to accomplish at such close range, though. |

Candlelightby nitro102Comment: Too much cropping here really distracts from the image. The bubbles and lighting here add a lot. |
