The title "Good house wife" or "Good cook" would probably add you a few points and you wouldn't have to explain yourself in the title :) Nice idea, well executed. A litlle more exposure to bring out whites in her cloths could make it a magazine illustration.

She is definately good looking :) I have an impression if she lowered her chin it could help. This way, you are focused on her chin, lower lip and the ring of course. The most important element - the eyes are not the main subject in the portrait. I like the strand of hair, howerever if you want this to look wet (it looks a bit wet to me) maybe some water on her face could increase the impression.
