Believeby gclarkComment: This is one of the best actual photos if it was in a different challenge, but I think if you had left out the in focus branch you would have made it a lot more appropriate for this challenge. The mess in the background is cool, but the foreground branch distracts a lot from the actual blur. |

Angry Kitty Ready for a Scratch Your Eyesby Breeee123Comment: This is honestly my favorite picture in this challenge. Many people took the "idea" of the brown ribbon and shot a very different picture. This did not and it turned out great. Is it the best "technical" picture? No, but it's a better picture because it improves the original picture. |
