I love the shallow DOF here, the composition is excellent. I'm not to sure about the despair in this image but the quality of the photo pushes that doubt up a notch or two.

Great B&W. The despair is obvious for sure, poor boat! Not really too much to comment about on this one. Maybe the white dot in the middle of the sky shouldn't be there, but otherwise wonderful!

This is a different version of despair. I see what you meant by this. The composition is interesting. The light on the blue part above the window is a little bothersome but typical for a night shot. I can't see your refelction in the window either so I guess you didn't use a flash here although it is difficult to tell with those lights reflecting there. Good luck.

Very stormy sky there, I particularly like this photo because of the way you put those branches in to the left there. It really puts a lot of power into this image especially with those few leaves hanging in the middle. Very despairing indeed, good composition.

Nice one. In a way it reminds me of one of those old James Dean photos. You did it well. I am not sure that it being too dark is a negative point actually. I like it that way.

Choice shot, fulll on "despair" target. The lighting is amazing here, you really set this up well. The way the whole image has a frame of darkness around it with the light coming from above gives it that special quality. Congratulations in an excellent photo.
