It's a technically sound shot and I sort of get it, but I think maybe the greatest failing lies in its being no longer relevant, as much as no longer required. |

Stub & Shadowby quicheComment: Blown out stub is probably right, but it's good with all the texture and lines. I doubt if you could do better with processing (I couldn't, that's for sure) because you don't want a black mass on the rest of the shot.
