Historic Winchester Cathedralby kanoComment: Would be better without the streetlights, but what can you do? You really don't need to say 'historic' in the title - tautological overkill. It's a magnificent looking place and the texture in this picture gives it poise and such. Holiness is apparent. |

Towering Cathedralby KonadorComment: Comes over as more like an exercise in sharpness, even exposure and depth of field (in which it succeeds) than as a depiction of holiness in a place. I guess I'm fussy like that. |

Tomb of the Earl Of Brownlowby MarstonComment: I've a feeling that either the light should be more evenly distributed over the sculptures, or more shadow areas of the niche should be included to justify (demonstrate? show?) the nature of the lighting. Needs a wee bit of rotation. |

Diocese of Southwarkby redmoonComment: I think 'diocese' refers to the domain of the see, rather than this cathedral which I presume is the seat of it. I could well be wrong.
Nice interior pic. bit blown out to the right and fish-eyed etc., but luverly stuff... |
