It amazes me that this is a tree! I love the effects you achieved with the colors, and the almost metallic sheen. The lines between the different colors look maybe a bit overprocessed? maybe sharpened too much? Overall very interesting shot.

Overall a good shot! One suggestion - I personally feel that a lion's paws are one of the most interesting features, and having the paws cropped out is a disappointment. With a little post processing you can probably tone dwon the bright spots and punch up his fur color a little.

I like this photo much better than the companion close-up. She's looking at the camera with a more natural smile, and the full-length view puts the unusual upper-body position in a playful context. Also, in this view the varying skin tones don't seem as much of an issue.

Obviously a beautiful girl, but to me she doesn't seem very relaxed or happy to be there. The pose looks too uncomfortable and unnatural to me. Something is going on with her expression that I can't figure out. Her eyes seem too wide open? A little glazed over?

I think you could do better with a more relaxed pose, and with the model looking at the camera.

Because it is so brighly lit, you have a bit of an issue with her skin tones, which vary from quite fair (her chest and upper arms) to very tan (lower arms and face). Either through lighting or processing you probably want a more even skin tone.
