Beautiful colors and cool silhouette. Sky is a wee bit grainy but these less than ideal lighting conditions are tricky (I haven't figured them out yet anyway). I bet your fishing buddy loves this shot (assuming this is him). Posting for challenges on this site is a blast but sometimes results in goofy meaningless shots in the long run. It's great when you can take one like this that is special beyond obtaining a decent score. Well done.

Ha! Fun kid shot! Great colors and it conveys such excuberance. Very nicely done! I wish I had such a cool shot of me when I was little (but I was kid number 3 of 4 so I'm lucky to have any photos at all!).

This is a great shot. Clean and I love the disappearing figure into the light. Perfect color tones too. I think the border would look a wee bit nicer if it were thinner and done in a slightly softer brown tone. Back to bump you up to 9. Great idea for the challenge.
