I agree that the composition holds some interest here and I see why you went for it - something a little different. Cool tree roots with a perfect reflection - very organic shapes and the little splash of green leaves is nice. A little more contrast and saturation of the green maybe and I agree with you about the need for better focus overall. Don't beat yourself up sister! Hey...you got 11 votes of seven or better! :)

I like that you tried something different Hanae and the leaves form sort of a cool frame for the shot. Unfortunately the pic just feels a little dull - nothing jumps out and grabs the viewer.

I think you went with the right crop and the colors are lovely - especially that clean blue sky reflection. I also really like the reflection of the tree trunks.

Oooo ahhhh. I loved this image during the challenge and am surprised it didn't receive a 6 score. I find the variety of colors - especially on the right - and the confetti sprinkling of white lights on the left particularly attractive. Very well done.

Very well composed and a good idea. I have some goldware too and have tried to capture shots with them - very tricky - they reflect so much light (or anything else within 150 feet!!). Overall nicely done.

Fine complimentary colors here. Cool perspective on the train. The sky has such a lovely blue that my eyes would like to see a bit more of it in the pick. Looks like you had challenging lighting conditions that left you a little bit of bright blow-out and then shadows on the front of the train. IMO a little tighter focus and maybe a little more crop off the bottom might have improved the shot a bit.
