I don't think this is Bokeh, at least how I understand it. I like this photo a lot. The rip in the label is distracting. That's it's only flaw. The warm lighting works well here. I just can't vote higher because what I think Bokeh is.

The mirror is in perfect focus. The .jpg isn't nearly like the original. The powdered sugar on mirror didn't compress well. Also, the powder is reflecting on the mirror making it look double. That adds to look of out of focus. It was shot at f/22. Look at the wording on the bills, they are in focus from the closest to the back, so the mirror has to be in focus.

I would have done a lot different, but I wanted the reflection in the mirror to show the overdose.
