I would give it 10 in contra-jour, 10 in rule of third, 10 in shadows, 10 in solo, 10 in stop sction, but in free study I have to give it a ten too. loool

This is an "abc" concept with closer and far objects in regard to motion blur. Try to blur the Sun by driving fast; I mean go really fast, if you accomplish Sun blurring, then we should consider looking into this picture in this regard.

Not only this, but also from the shutter speed of 1/15 I bit you he was going at a speed of less than 50KM (30 miles) / hour.
