I couldn't figure this out from the thumbnail but after looking at the full sized image, I am so impressed. That is a very large understatement. This is not an aesthetically appealing image to me, and normally technical aptitude will only push me to vote a certain amount higher, but here I am voting high because the technical side of this image is just so amazing to me. I have never seen anything like this before and I am so pleased that I got to do so while voting on this challenge.

Because there is the tight crop on the bottom, I think it might be better with... well originally I was going to say with a tigher crop on other sides. But actually I'm thinking what might be better than that would be an off-white/gray border that matches some of the statue colors, and that way it might make more visual sense to have the statue touching the bottom. Right now it's a lovely image but it just lacks a bit of context to my eyes.

I especially love the sky/background and the bit of depth that is there, and I think the lighting is quite nice.

The composition might be improved by a tighter crop on the right side, perhaps? I like the different shades of blue - a very good combination!
