I have a different PS version.. but what the option is there, is "save for web" and then choose "optimize to file size" where you can choose the size you want to save it at.

I feel the point could be better made with something besides playground equipment - an SUV, perhaps. And I feel that if I were to disregard the title, the photo doesn't have much of an impact on me. (So it's like.. need the title to get anything out of it, but once that happens it seems like sort of.. melodramatic, maybe.) I like the colors and lighting a ton though.
