Magic Sunsetsby pepitoidComment: I like this shot. Nice and soft with a beautiful gaze going on in her eyes. |

Swinging from the Heightsby KelliComment: I scored this a 5. I could have sworn you used a flash and did it well, but I now see otherwise. You have good color and detail on the critter. Did you have a tripod or just handheld? At that speed you did real well with keeping him in focus if handheld. Him being just so slightly off center is a bit off - not sure how to crop it other than dead center. I think you may have gotten lower votes because of the angle you took the pic. Seems more strraight on rather than from ground up. |

Caught and Released Manarayby KelliComment: Good stop motion on the water but the rest of the shot just is kind of lacking. Nothing to really focus on in large detail. I gave a 6 because of the water. I think the foot gone would be a possible dq. |

Transportation on the Crest of a Waveby chaliceComment: The severe crop does give it a painting type effect but it feels pixelated (of course). I am not sure if film grain or the grain effect is legal in basic but maybe adding a bit of that would soften the pixelated look and enhance the painting type feel. Could be a good coverup tool. I think the one votes were unnecessary. |

E-ticket transportationby MelethiaComment: Another nice shot Deb. Good idea for the challenge - somethign a bit different without being crazy out of the box. Good detail, colors and layout. Just a very clean shot. If it had been advanced editing a little bit of burning on the car to bring out the shadow type lines would have made it pop out a bit more I think. A shame not more people had their hands in the air. |

How high?by MelethiaComment: This is a nice shot. While it seems a bit grainy or something the positions and expressions of the "models" make up for it. At first I was thinking that it may have been better if you had caught the dolphin higher in the air but I realize that it would have put him crossing over the lady behind. THeir positions really work the way they are. I am not really sure but maybe a lower ISO would have helped with the initial sharpness. |

Bald Eagleby TannyComment: For being very new you really have some good shots in your portfolio. This is a great pic. Probably my only complaint is that it seems just a tad bit soft around the eye. Very nice work though. Enter more challenges! |

Trout Streamby TannyComment: Nice shot. The greens may be a bit oversaturated - but just a bit and I kind of like it that way. The perspective that he shot was taken is good - it looks like you got nice and low and close to the stream instead of standing up. |
