Day 1 : Apple Jackby ShaneBlakeComment: Of the first five days you have posted this is by far the stand out. Great choice of subject with the funky colors and textures. The red "growth" tops it all off nice. Hard to believe that I actually enjoy eating this crap when I see it this close up. |

Chris In Parisby hotpastaComment: Very nice. Your b&w work has been phenomenal. I look forward to the day that my son will be able to model proper for me like this rather than just being lucky and catching candid or snapshot type pics. Nice work - once again. |

I'm Going to Walk the Dogby xianartComment: I have really enjoyed your pictures. I am not a dog person but you have caught and edited some great images. You have taken simple compositions or blurry shots and made them stand out into excellent pictures. I think you have taken great advantage of a challenge like this and went beyond the basic pet shots. Well done.
And this triptych works great. I could see somehting like this selling quite well. |

Day 3 Baileyby UNCLEBROComment: Boy you have one heck of an issue cat there huh. Nice colors and lighting. From thumbnail this shot look s abit better. Good DOF but a little soft on the area that needs to be sharp as a tack. I have never tried taking a shot like this so I dont understand the issues that come with getting this technically correct. |

Day 4 Dominoby UNCLEBROComment: Good close up. They tend to be tough pictures to catch cleanly. You might want to play around with some high key editing. Make those whites white and the blacks really black, remove the color from everything but the eyes and jack up the contrast. My black cat lends himself well to that type of editing. |

Robertby AlexSaberiComment: Strong work all around (as if you needed anyone to tell you that). I think the first two outakes would have gotten you a ribbon though - not like you need anymore of those either ;) Nice work as always. |

Warm October Sun on The New Amsterdamby hotpastaComment: Hey can I play in the reaction club? My first reaction was "You sure this isnt an add that you scanned into your portfolio?" Awesome capture. Now from a technique point of view maybe a brighter sky and a little bit of noise reduction on the grainy section on the very top could be nice - but those are very nitpick issues. This shot rocks Enzo. It might be worth contacting the hotel and seeing if they would be intersted in purchasing it. |
