Looking blueby jimsappComment: Come on, that's hardly puzzling...
I don't like your background and the look of the brass surface, the rest is nice. |

Crepuscular Lightby rick13601Comment: 2 shoehorns? Your entry is certainly not! :)
I love your lighting which gives these great colour tones. I wonder how it would look sharp (as we are on DPC), anyway the blur is very pleasant here. |

Spikeby delinComment: Exotic fuit, Rambutan I think.
Nice! Your colours are great but you could probably have increased the contrast (or harder lighting). |

A Feather's Edgeby oscarthepigComment: Stack of heavy paper. Maybe a photo album?
Composition, lighting, title,... everything is perfect here, very enjoyable! |

The focus is perfect and the composition is the best in this challenge IMO. A fantastic example of great photography with the simplest subjects. |

Quantum leapby FozComment: The picture is not the most aesthetic in this challenge (lots of reflections, unsmooth glass). On the other hand, your title puts the marble in a very interesting context, I like it! |

Dunesby halopesComment: A paper blind?
Great rythm and textures. It maybe lacks one little object somewhere which breaks the repetition, then I would put it on my wall. |

Are you nuts!by ak2007Comment: Your title gives it away before the picture is loaded.
The colourful background is a great idea, but the small fraction of the subject which is sharp seems hardly interesting. |

Up Closeby rottekoComment: Saw. Also the blade does not look very sharp, so maybe the saw-dust is just an ignoble lure...
I'm watching it for a while now, but cannot begin to love it. I think it's he grooves in the metal which disturb the composition. |
