Field Rhythm'sby MacTComment: That McTavish moosta hadda a wee dram too many that day he was ploughing yon field. ;-) Not sure I can emulate a scot's accent in writing or via voice. Nice image this one. |

Too close for comfort by M.O.C.Comment: I understand that being in a car in a lightning storm is the safest place to be. Your tyres insulate you from the possibility of current passing through and earthing out of your body. But then again, it does look very much like a heck of a storm. I would have been concerned about blowing the circuits in the camera. |

intermittentby redmoonComment: If only there was a girl passing by with motion blur. This is nice and all but needs something. |

Standing in the shadowby fredandaudComment: That does look like a good photographic location. Pity the architect did not make those collumns without the white mortar between the bricks. But that is not your fault. The family at the egde is very pleasingly composed - considering it is at such a distance, the people are very clearly defined. It is a pity the people do not have some sort of shadow to show and it is a pity the sky is not one of those amazing white cloud in blue surreal ones you sometimes see. With a little processing I think the sky could pop out a bit more. |

Evening at the Gateby swallaceComment: It's hard to resist taking photos of such pleasant sights and sensations. But it is hard to frame them well and remove the unimportant elements. I think you did pretty well. |

Monsters Don't Exist!by SherwinJamesComment: Easy to overlook this subtle rendition. But it is really very good and something anyone from any culture can relate to. The lighting is excellent. The only flaw, IMO, is the strange face-profile-like shadow on the lower right of the wall where the blanket is. Glad I reviewed this photo otherwise I might well have missed its quality. Your quality control is very good. |

Peter Pan Meets iPodby ShannonLeeComment: The background is a nice colour and the tone is great. My only suggestion would have been to have the model more central and compose the photo around a frace profile and the body frontal dancing with (important) the iPod cable clearly visible (which it is not in this photo). The top of this photo is not contributing enough to the image. |

Hard Work in the Sun makes a Big Man.by bgslawComment: A good idea. Entertaining. But I think it could have been done better by using card cut-outs of, say, cactus in the foreground. With some depth in the photo, by using cut-out layers, you could draw the viewer into the drama and picture. |
