London's streets have a lot of potential for lovely romantic photos of this type. I think you simply need to experiment with the timing - as in when and what type of ambient light is available. Carry the camera and tripod frequently and you will be better able to get that shot when the light is just right.

The angle of this view is not seen as often as the angle you took your other photo of this subject from. Hence, for me, it has interest. Once again, I think it would have had even more interest if you had taken the photo at twilight.

I know the location well, since I used to live in London. Your photo is nicely sharp, at this size. I cannot see any hot pixels either. But I think this photo would have been outstanding if you had taken it at twilight during the week (when the city lights are at their maximum). As it is, I think you loose some impact as much of the scene is absorbed by the darkness.
