Going Homeby dadas115Comment: This is a great depiction of travel. There is a lot of jpeg compression in this one. Some of the back headstones looks partly in focus and partly blurred. I would suggest saving as close to 150 K as you can, you saved it around 100K. I gave you a 7 |

Maybe I Can Sneak Into DPC2by GeneralEComment: ~Critique Club Comment~
COMPOSITION- This one made me laugh. It is a great shot going for a humorous look. You've cropped it nicely and the lighting is great. This makes a good portrait shot. Also I like that you've gotten down to his level.
BACKGROUND- It's a little messy with the houses in the back and the wire.
TECHNICAL- The lighting is great on his face. Very natural. The shutter and F-stop are great. I saw a show on TV tonight and you might try using the flash in daylight and see how it looks. It said it brings out color and a little gleam to the eye.
MY OPINION- Cute shot. I thought this was funny. Good job. |

The turnby KanedaComment: ~Critique Club Comment~
COMPOSITION- This is a good night shot. The lights from the moving car are in great detail. You've cropped this wonderfully too. The only thing that throws it off would be the glare from the light. If you could have rolled down the window just to get rid of that.
BACKGROUND- Not really much to the background. The lights in it look like they're waiting their turn to go around the turn.
TECHNICAL- You had a good shutter speed and aperature for this shot. Maybe too if you zoomed in a bit.
MY OPINION- I like this shot except for the glare kind of was distracting to me. Other than that I like the detail and focus on everything in the shot. |

Timing Motionby gerardComment: ~Critique Club Comment~
COMPOSITION- Great idea for the motion challenge. This is cropped great and I like how the Metronome is angled a little and not looking straight on. It gives it a 3 dimensional feel instead of being flat.
BACKGROUND- Background is a little cluttered. It would have had more of an effect with a solid background.
TECHNICAL- You did great in choosing the Aperature and Shutter speed. You aren't overexposed and the blur is great.
MY OPINION- This was a good shot for the theme of the challenge. The flower on the wall is a little distracting to the rest of the shot. I like it. |

Light Speedby jenaromComment: "Critique Club Comment"
COMPOSITION- Very great idea for the motion challenge. You cropped the shot very well for the theme of you picture. Creative idea with the light. Maybe you could have added just a little more lights to fill the rest of the space. Other than that I think it's perfect.
BACKGROUND- The lights are perfect for the background. Just a little more to fill the rest of the space.
CAMERA WORK- DOF and shutter speed are great. You hit it great.
DIGITAL PROCESSING- I don't know if it's just a light reflection or little "jaggies" just make sure you save it as close to 150K to keep it as clean as possible. Your levels and colors are great.
MY OPINION- I was lucky to get assigned this shot. I think this should have won. I love it. I'm a big Star Wars fan too. Very great job. |
