	Preparing to Ride (No he did not know) by SDW Comment: Good job filling the frame with this one.. This is a strong photo, although I'm not the biggest fan of the border, particularly the embossed edges.

	Above and Beyond by jmsetzler Comment: The definition of an action shot here. I hope this wins, this is wonderful. I love how the dog is looking right at the camera suspended in the air while his owner looks on absolutely amazed.

	diners by S_Lanterman Comment: The reflections in the window detract a bit I think, from this scene. Try using a polarizing lens to cut back on them (a little bit left would be a nice touch though I think).

	The Artist by ladyhawk22 Comment: I think this may actually have been better without desaturating the scene. Or if the artist herself was also in color - I would agree maybe the rest of the background is superfluous and could be distracting if colored, but making the artist B&W somewhat draws her out of the photo.

	Number 853...Take a Ride on a Circus Swing......Check. by Les_Feck Comment: You've really captured a great moment here. In terms of technical merits this isn't the best photo - the focus and lighting aren't terribly great, but the sheer incredulity of the scene more than makes up for this. -7-
