I keep coming back to this photo because it's such a pleasant scene... yet there are some things that bother me about it... I'm thinking this would have looked better with more yellow in the foreground, so that the scene didn't split almost exactly in the middle. Also the flowers in the front have some bright white spots on them due to harsh sunlight... too bad you couldn't have the ponies head coming up... I like your DOF though, and your view of this. Getting down and shooting more upwards might have been better too... and although it is small, the (spider?) on the left flower is distracting because you can't tell exactgly what it is and it kind of just looks like a black spot that attracts your eyes. Nice though. -7-

This one would have been great for Fauna as well! I hope you don't get counted down because of ignorance... grass is definitely a plant that few people probably think... I thought of it as a given before I went to Australia Anyway... great perspective... very nice job. I like it!

LOVE how the one in the left hand corner is the only flower in focus, this makes the photo more interesting then everything being in focus... I wish you would have gotten down a little more but this is still a cool photo. Very colorful and pretty... nice job... I wouls have maybe cropped some off the top to the top of the second red tulip but still a very nice photo!

Very pretty... great focus, nice macro good use of a large DOF. The coloring is great and I like the fact that you didn't put the stamens exactly in the middle though they are centered they are more down then up. Very interesting take on a common subject. Nice job.

I love the detail in this photo... very nice macro. Good composition, and I'm glad you didn't pick a perfect leaf as those little blemishes add to the photo. Very nicely done.

This is pretty cool... to me they don't look to sharp, but I'm sure they are. Nice use of DOF here.... I also like your composition. I might have cropped down just slightly from the top, but not too much. Interesting photo and NO FLOWERS! Good luck!

Good use of empty space... I like the way your flowers look like they are facing away from you... it adds to the title by making it look like its in the past. Beautiful use of water droplets, and pretty good lighting. The spot in the bottom right hand corner is slightly distracting but not too bad. Very pretty picture overall. Nice job!

The entire photo looks a little washed out to me. I would have tried getting down on the flowers level and shot from there instead of just looking down at them, it would have made them look bigger. Also I would have came in closer on whichever you intend to be your subject (the shoe?) as right now it is very busy.

Very clear and nice... excellent macro... truly wonderful. Nice job! I didn't know that dandelions were that pretty! Hey did you rub it on your chin?? :-) I wish you would have gotten the tips in of the flower, but it's not that big of a deal. -8-

Looks like you got pretty low for this photo? Nice perspective... I like your composition a lot. Nice use of DOF, nice with the darker background. Overall a very nice looking photo, It doesn't hit you with a WOW... but technically it's quite good. -9-
