Alkaliby bruskiComment: this is really nicely done. I'm glad you decided to do it vertically instead of the oh so tempting typical horizontal landscape shot. I wish there were a few more fluffy clouds in the sky, but I like the deep rich colors here. Good luck! |

The Rotundaby CutterComment: Gorgeous!! great job with your settings for what looks like a difficult lighting situation...I can't tell whether those are people up there (I don't think they are) but I feel this might have benefited from a person or two being up there... making it not quite so perfectly balanced, and a more interesting photo. |

Looking Through The Cloudsby KitaComment: neat photo... nice job catching the sun's rays. Some great stuff in this photo. Unfortunately I think the phone line kind of detracts from the image... but that's my personal idea... I wonder what this would have looked like as a wide angle vertical image, the ground offers to much visually. |

Measure Upby owenComment: Fun photo! Well let, interesting to look at, different perspective. What's he measuring? hehehe. I wonder whether I would have liked to have a little addition so his head didn't look like it was floating in mid air (maybe not a black shirt)? but this is quite interesting, and if it's what you were going for... nicely done. |

Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalemby postoakinversionComment: Great subject in black and white... really cool photo... it definitely has a dusty feel to it. I like it... I think it's unique and interesting and gives you the feeling of a very old tavern with the great tall ceilings. Good luck. |

Party for more than twoby HoddssonComment: While I might be able to see the wide angle take on this... I'm not sure it was the best subject for a wide angle challenge (that's just my opinion) I like the natural lighting though, and the simple color scheme... for this it actually bothers me a tad that the candlestick is just BARELY off the center line... |

After the Stormby lwkimagesComment: Very pretty... great job catching the sun rays, and not blowing anything out. Nicely done. |

Midwestby snowdogComment: yup... that's midwest alright! I think you might have been able to straighten it just a tad? Also I wish there were more dramatic clouds. Good choice in black and white though :-) |

Buttermilk Fallsby Nikolai1024Comment: A fellow Ithacan? I'm at Cornell... and knew where this was taken before looking at the title! nice shot... I almost would say getting closer might have been nice making the waterfall take up more of the frame, and have less trees at the top. Nice shot though... it just splits too much directly down the center if you place a vertical line in... |

Majestic Skyby BLKontoudakisComment: I don't find this to be that excellent of an image for a wide angle view personally... also to me it looks not quite sharp. |
